- Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
- Execute and improve operational activities to meet customer experience and financial goals.
- Apply excellent listening, oral, and communication skills to build relationships with customers and coach the team.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice, and train team members to do the same.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing facility to ensure seamless omni‑channel operations.
- Answer questions and troubleshoot issues using sound judgment.
- Offer suggestions to innovate and improve the retail experience.
- Help Framebridge deliver on our 100% happiness guarantee.
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
- Experience as a store manager or assistant manager in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
- Engaging personality with strong influence, interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a track record of delivering positive business results.
- Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment.
- Quick and eager learner of new tools, technology, products, and processes.
- Excellent time‑management, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
