TJX - - Responsibilities:
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and following customer experience principles;
Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customer according to procedures;
Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following standards;
Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness of sales floor and back-room areas;
Support loss prevention and safety policies and assist in cross-training across store areas
