Job Title: Member Services Representative

Reports To: Club Manager

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

• Provide a high‑energy, positive, member‑focused experience and encourage members to achieve their fitness goals.
• Maintain a clean, judgment‑free environment and ensure the club remains super clean.
• Assist with recruiting new and current members for fitness classes and introduce them to Black Card amenities.
• Help the team at the welcome desk with member check‑ins, greetings, farewells, tours, enrollments, and other club responsibilities.
• Participate in shift scheduling and cover any operational hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Age 18 or older (birthdate verification required).
• Passion for helping others.
• On‑time dependability and reliability.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clearly, stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, reach, climb, balance, kneel, and handle potentially hazardous chemicals.

• Occasionally lift, push or pull at least 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twist, or crouch.
