• Present and close orthodontic treatment plans.
• Explain financial options and confidently discuss investment.
• Manage payment plans and financing.
• Track and follow up on pending treatment.
• Contribute to practice growth through strong case acceptance.

• Deliver a high-energy, welcoming first impression.
• Build rapport quickly and authentically.
• Maintain a “wow” service standard.

• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Submit insurance claims and verify coverage.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Collect payments and prepare billing statements.
• Coordinate with referring offices.

• 1+ year of dental or medical administrative experience (required)
• Sales experience strongly preferred (healthcare, retail, consultative sales, etc.)
• Willingness to travel weekly between Ruston, West Monroe, and Monroe.
• Strong financial presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent follow-up systems and time management.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.

• Full-time
• Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM
• Friday: 7:45 AM – 12:00 PM
• Weekly travel between all three locations required
