Part Time Retail Sales Consultant

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, demonstrating passion for helping people.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority‑based schedules available two weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment and stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. If you have no sales experience, we provide tools, training, and coaching to help you exceed your goals.

Retail Sales Consultants earn between $14.25 – $16.57 per hour plus $6,850+ in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn $53,364 per year.
