With more than 100 team members and a reputation built on integrity, service, and results, Legacy Rehabilitation is entering an exciting phase of regional growth. We are looking for an energetic, relationship-driven professional to strengthen our current hospital partnerships and introduce Legacy to new hospitals across the region.
The OpportunityThe Regional Business Development & Marketing Manager will play a key role in Legacy Rehabilitation's continued growth.
This highly visible position combines hospital relationship management, business development, strategic marketing, account support, and conference representation
.
You will work directly with hospital CEOs, CFOs, administrators, rehabilitation leaders, physicians, and community partners while helping Legacy expand into new markets.
Frequent regional travel and occasional overnight stays are expected.
The position reports directly to executive leadership.
What You’ll DoStrengthen Existing Hospital Partnerships
- Build strong, lasting relationships with hospital executives and leadership teams.
- Visit Legacy partner hospitals regularly to support local marketing needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist hospitals with community outreach, physician engagement, and rehabilitation program promotion.
- Serve as a trusted marketing and relationship resource for assigned hospital partners.
- Coordinate special events, educational programs, and community wellness initiatives.
- Identify and pursue prospective hospital partnerships throughout the region.
- Conduct outreach and meetings with hospital CEOs, CFOs, COOs, administrators, and rehabilitation leaders.
- Generate qualified opportunities through networking, referrals, conferences, research, and strategic follow-up.
- Assist with presentations, proposals, and the early stages of contract development.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospective hospital partners and provide regular progress updates to executive leadership.
- Attend state and regional hospital association conferences in multiple states.
- Coordinate exhibits, promotional materials, lead capture, and post-conference follow-up.
- Represent Legacy with professionalism, energy, and credibility at industry and networking events.
- Serve as a visible ambassador for the Legacy Rehabilitation brand throughout the healthcare community.
- Collaborate with leadership to increase Legacy's regional visibility and strengthen our market position.
- Help partner hospitals develop practical local marketing strategies for rehabilitation services.
- Coordinate brochures, presentations, digital content, social media, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop customer success stories and testimonials that highlight Legacy's impact.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in healthcare marketing, business development, sales, account management, or healthcare administration preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with executive leadership and operational teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
