Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout financial institution facilities, including interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized access concerns.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.;
Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders as needed.
