Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs efficiently and accurately on Ford diesel vehicles
  • Inspect vehicles and identify needed repairs or maintenance
  • Communicate repair needs clearly with service advisors and team members
  • Complete work according to manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and shop processes
  • Take pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
  • Contribute to a productive, team‑focused service department
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of diesel service experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong mechanical and Ford diesel diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic computer competencies
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong work ethic and team‑oriented attitude
