Systems Support Lead

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: SYSTEMS SUPPORT LEAD IN RUTHER GLEN, VA

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Systems Support Lead to join our team in Ruther Glen, Virginia. This individual will be responsible for supporting and maintaining warehouse IT systems, network infrastructure, and hardware while providing advanced technical support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows systems, network technologies, and warehouse IT environments, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows workstations, servers, handheld devices, and network equipment.
• Provide advanced technical support for warehouse systems, AGVs, RF devices, printers, and phones.
• Manage user accounts, software installations, system upgrades, and site licenses.
• Troubleshoot network, system, and application issues to minimize operational downtime.
• Develop IT documentation, SOPs, training materials, and maintenance procedures.
• Communicate technical issues, recommend solutions, and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain system security, document resolutions, and support business continuity planning.
• Assist with disaster recovery, system failover, and other IT projects as assigned.
• Travel as needed to support business operations.

• 4+ years of systems support experience with Windows servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless technologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Linux, SQL, virtualization, or disaster recovery is a plus.
• Warehouse IT, logistics, and AGV experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse/distribution environment.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and travel as business needs require.
