We’re looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing and assembly operations in a fast-paced industrial environment in Ruther Glen, VA. This position is a Night Shift role. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on driving efficiency, supporting teams, and improving day‑to‑day production performance.
NOTE – This is a NIGHT Shift position!Hours:
5:00pm-3:30am Mon‑Thur
Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate production teams across multiple workflows
- Ensure quality, safety, and schedule expectations are met
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams
- Identify process improvements and remove operational bottlenecks
- Mentor and develop production staff in a high‑growth environment
- 8+ Years experience in a Production Supervisor position within manufacturing
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and crews effectively
- Knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical assembly processes
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- 2 weeks of PTO per year + 9 observed holidays
