2nd Shift Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM (4x10s) + potential overtime
Pay: $32–$35/hour

Hands‑on production lead role supporting daily manufacturing/assembly operations. You’ll coordinate workload and priorities, help remove roadblocks on the floor, ensure quality and safety expectations are met, and coach/mentor assemblers—while still working alongside the team.

• Lead day‑to‑day execution for a team of assemblers (tasking, pacing, priorities, workflow)
• Provide hands‑on support and technical guidance during mechanical, electrical, and system assembly
• Monitor quality, confirm work meets standards, and help address defects/rework needs
• Troubleshoot routine to moderately complex assembly issues and elevate when needed
• Communicate schedule updates, material needs, and risks to production leadership
• Train, coach, and mentor newer team members on process, tools, safety, and expectations
• Enforce safe work practices/PPE and stop work when unsafe conditions exist
• Maintain organization/5S mindset: documentation, materials readiness, tools/equipment availability

• High school diploma plus 4+ years of assembly/manufacturing experience (or closely related)
• Prior manufacturing leadership experience (leading a small team, directing work, on‑the‑job coaching)
• Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation
• Strong communication skills (clear direction, coordination, escalation when appropriate)

• Regularly lift/carry/move up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing/walking; climbing, squatting, kneeling, crawling, pushing/pulling, reaching overhead
• Ability to relocate a 12‑foot stepladder without assistance
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet (ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks)
• Good vision (corrected OK), color vision, and ability to communicate in English
• Ability to recognize when something is wrong or likely to go wrong (quality/safety awareness)
