We are hiring a night-shift Sr Production Manager for our client, a large engineering, electrical contracting, and systems integration company, based in Ruther Glen, VA. oversees large-scale manufacturing and production operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
Some of the job duties will include:- Lead production teams and supervisors to ensure efficient daily operations and safe work practices
- Coordinate with engineering and project management teams to support production schedules and project timelines
- Manage staffing, workflow, training, and overall team performance
- Drive process improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and product quality
- Monitor operational performance and resolve production or workflow issues as they arise
- Support the manufacturing and delivery of complex electrical and mission-critical infrastructure systems
- Night Shift: Mon-Thur; 5:30pm-3:30am
- Up to $150k yearly salary
- Annual bonus
- 2 weeks of PTO per year + 9 observed holidays

- 10+ years of Production Management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Strong Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodology experience
