HIRING IMMEDIATELY: KITCHEN SUPERVISOR IN RUTHER GLEN, VA
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Kitchen Supervisor to join our team in Ruther Glen, Virginia. This individual will be responsible for leading daily food production operations, coordinating production staff, ensuring product quality, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, food production experience, and a commitment to maintaining quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
Pay,Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $30.77/hour
- Full-time schedule

- Located in Ruther Glen, VA
- Lead daily production activities and coordinate workflow for production teams
- Conduct daily team meetings and pre-shift production preparations
- Perform pre-operational inspections, including sanitation and food safety checks
- Verify raw materials and ingredients before production begins
- Ensure ingredients are rotated and staged according to inventory procedures
- Monitor production to ensure recipes and batch records are followed accurately
- Maintain continuous ingredient flow to production lines
- Perform and verify product weight checks and quality inspections
- Coordinate product changeovers, including cleaning and sanitizing production areas
- Ensure production equipment, workstations, utensils, and processing areas remain clean and sanitized
- Monitor employee compliance with PPE, hygiene, and food safety requirements
- Minimize work-in-process inventory at the end of each production day
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to resolve ingredient or production concerns
- Maintain product storage temperatures according to established standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with additional operational duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous leadership experience in food production, manufacturing, warehouse, or production operations preferred
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and quality control practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in refrigerated environments (32–36°F)
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, overtime, and varying schedules as needed
