Full‑Time Field Nurse (LPN/RN) – Home Health (Trach, Vent, & G‑tube Care)
Pay: $30 – $36/hr
Schedule: Mon–Fri 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Weekends 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We are seeking dependable and versatile Field Nurses to provide specialized home health care for patients with tracheostomies, ventilators, and G‑tubes

Active LPN or RN license in Virginia or valid multi‑state compact license
Home health or home care experience preferred
Skilled in trach, vent, and G‑tube care
Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently
Provide direct patient care following the plan of care
Monitor and manage trach, vent, and G‑tube care, including emergencies
Complete all clinical documentation accurately and on time
Perform skilled nursing services as needed
Job Type: Full‑time
