Telecommunications Supervisor Job Ruther Glen area,Virginia USA,Trades / Skilled Labor

We are hiring Day & Night shift Telecommunications Production Supervisors for our client, a large engineering, electrical contracting, and systems integration company, based in Ruther Glen, VA. This position manages daily operations, addresses workflow challenges, and collaborates closely with engineering, quality assurance, and project management teams.

Some of the job duties will include:

Install communication cabling and equipment by following blueprints, specifications, and safety standards.
Use hand and power tools to install telecom equipment and have a basic understanding of telecommunications systems, blueprints, and industry codes.
Gain hands‑on experience with a variety of telecommunications systems, including copper and fiber optic cabling, CCTV, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), and structured cabling.
Manage a team of up to 15 people & train on the processes above

The following shifts are available:
The weekly pay structure is as follows:

Starting pay up to $40/hr. (dependent on experience)
All positions come with 1.5x pay for hours worked over 40. (There will be opportunities for overtime)

The Telecommunications Production Supervisor position comes with:

Qualifications/Requirements:

6+ years of experience in commercial telecommunications
High School diploma or GED
