Dry Replenishment Associate

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: DRY REPLENISHMENT ASSOCIATE IN RICHMOND, VA

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Dry Replenishment Associate to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. This individual will be responsible for replenishing dry product inventory throughout the warehouse to ensure order selectors and production teams have adequate stock available for daily operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, follows safety procedures, and can work efficiently with minimal supervision.

• Starting at $18/hour

• Located in Richmond, Virginia

• Replenish dry goods inventory in assigned warehouse locations using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Operate material handling equipment such as hi‑reach truck.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively restock pick locations to prevent shortages.
• Verify product codes, quantities, and lot numbers for accuracy.
• Rotate inventory following FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company and food safety standards.
• Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and general warehouse duties as needed.
• Follow all OSHA, GMP, and food safety regulations.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, replenishment, or food distribution experience preferred.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting for extended periods.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet productivity goals.
• Must be dependable with strong attendance.
