We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist, who will support the full revenue cycle for our non-US subsidiaries, from order approval and billing to collections, and cash application.

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding outstanding balances, billing inquiries, and payment arrangements
  • Apply invoices, payments, and credits accurately within the ERP system
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies by collaborating with Sales, Production, and other internal teams
