Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Substance Salon is looking for a friendly, confident, and organized Salon Coordinator to join our team in Rutherford.
You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and help keep the salon running smoothly, from scheduling and confirming appointments to welcoming guests, checking them out, and helping manage the daily schedule.
We're looking for someone with previous front desk, receptionist, scheduling, or customer service experience. Salon experience is a plus, but not required. Experience in a medical office, dental office, spa, hospitality, or another appointment-based business is absolutely relevant.
You should be comfortable:- Speaking with clients by phone and text
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Making outbound calls to help fill the schedule
- Handling cancellations and client concerns professionally
- Multitasking in a busy, upbeat environment
Most importantly, we want someone who is dependable, personable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a great client experience.
