MKW is involved with all phases of the design process from pre/concept design through construction period services. Successful candidates will be exposed to all design phases in support of the office team including existing conditions documentation and site analysis, concept and schematic design, construction documentation and assistance in construction period services.

Applicants should be highly‑motivated, dedicated individuals with an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited landscape architecture program. Critical thinking and the ability to work well on both teams and individually are essential characteristics. Applicants need to be well‑versed in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, the Adobe Creative Cloud and 3D Visualization Programs, such as Rhino and Lumion. In addition to what is noted above, applicants shall possess:

• Superior design abilities including design detailing/development.
• Superior graphic, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
