Felician University is presently seeking an innovative, highly motivated, flexible and goal-oriented professional to serve as the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Felician University. Assistant Director provides support in the planning and implementation of recruitment strategies designed to increase enrollment of undergraduate freshmen and Educational Opportunity Fund students. S/he participates in all aspects of admissions work, including but not limited to: evaluation of applicant credentials;
interviewing prospective students; organization and management of special events; engaging in social media and developing online and mobile communications.

BA/BS required
Qualifications:2-3 years’ enrollment/admissions experience in higher education; superior written and verbal communication skills; valid driver’s license, ability and willingness to travel; excellent platform skills; well-developed organizational and time-management skills; highly advanced interpersonal skills, ability to engage effectively with diverse groups; availability and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed; demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment when interacting with students, staff, faculty and other internal and external stakeholders;
knowledge of computer databases and information systems; ability to direct and supervise the activities of Student Ambassadors; ability to articulate the benefits of a broad-based liberal arts Catholic education; willingness and ability to support and promote the Felician Franciscan mission and values of the University.
