Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Licensed Loan Officer Assistant role located in Rutherford, NJ. The responsibilities include supporting loan officers in daily tasks related to the mortgage industry, providing excellent customer service, assisting in underwriting processes, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members on-site.
Qualifications- Experience in the Mortgage Industry and as Loan Officers
- Knowledge of Underwriting processes
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience with loan origination software is a plus
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in the mortgage industry
