Responsibilities and Duties
Kforce's client, a large publicly traded company in Rutherford, NJ is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst. The role is hybrid – in office 3 days a week and 2 days remote. This role is commutable by mass transit from New York City. The position has full ownership and responsibility for recognition of revenue and associated receivable reserves, analysis of significant trends, and monthly financial reporting to leadership.
- Contribute to monthly Revenue Analytics Reporting and participate actively in revenue and volume forecasting and budgeting.
- Develop and maintain standardized best practices for revenue reporting and analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement to deliver the highest quality results.
- Proactively identify trends and collaborate with stakeholders to investigate and take appropriate action.
- Integrate data from various groups to construct an overall understanding of Revenue Performance and deliver meaningful insights.
- Support M&A initiatives, audits, and other special projects as needed.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or an equivalent degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of audit experience in a large public accounting firm and/or corporate accounting function.
- Strong computer and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CPA and/or MBA is a plus.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
