Rutherford Borough is seeking a qualified part-time Municipal Code Enforcement Officer (20–25 hours per week) to perform inspections and enforce ordinances related to zoning, housing, property maintenance and public safety. A valid driver’s license is required; prior Building Code licenses are a plus.
Responsibilities include conducting field inspections, preparing reports, appearing in Municipal Court, and collaborating with other Borough departments.
