Opportunity is based in Newark, NJ with one of the world’s most established and forward-thinking global financial institutions, offering a 12-month full-time contract. Positioned at the crossroads of Operations, Services Marketing, and Banking, this role blends traditional banking expertise with transformational project work, especially in AI adoption and system integration. The role is hybrid (2-3 days onsite) and is currently moving through final financial approvals, so it’s an ideal time to join at the ground level of a critical initiative.

• 10+ years in project management and business analysis within data-focused environments
• Strong operational background in global banking/financial services
• Advanced Excel usage for data analysis
• Skilled in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communications
• Experience with reference data/back-office systems
• Proficiency in Visio and Power Point
• Business process modeling and cross-functional collaboration

• Transformation or enterprise-wide change experience
• Familiarity with Gen AI use cases in process automation or data analysis
• Exposure to marketing systems/processes in banking
