Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager with a strong background in Banking and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to lead large-scale Data and/or Digital transformation projects. The role requires managing global delivery teams, owning customer relationships, and driving account growth through successful execution and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data and/or Digital programs within Banking and Enterprise Risk Management domains
- Act as the primary client-facing engagement lead, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building
- Own account management responsibilities, including revenue growth, renewals, and identification of new opportunities
- Manage and coordinate global, cross-functional teams across geographies
- Partner with senior client stakeholders (CXO / EVP level) to align delivery outcomes with business objectives
- Oversee project governance, financials, risk management, and compliance
- Ensure delivery excellence, adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Support pre-sales activities including solution shaping, proposals, and client presentations
- Strong domain experience in Banking and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
- Proven experience leading Data and/or Digital transformation projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex client engagements
- Experience leading global delivery teams
- Solid background in customer relationship management and account management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L for accounts
- Experience with regulatory risk, credit risk, market risk, or operational risk platforms
- Exposure to analytics, cloud, AI/ML, or digital platforms in banking
- Consulting or professional services background
