Position: ERM Technology Product Management -Senior  Vice President
This Product Management role sits within Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Technology and is critical to fulfilling our enterprise-wide, multi-year Data Plan.

Together with the Data Governance and Quality (DGQ) Team, you will be responsible for the management and oversight of 19 Consent Order Data Use Cases across ERT, ensuring the successful execution of data governance and data domain operationalization across the L0 risk taxonomies such as Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Operational Risk (ORM), Compliance Risk (ICRM), Retail Risk and Wealth Risk.

This role will ensure the smooth implementation of Data Quality rules execution (eDQP) including the Change Management processes, scorecards generation (ROCK), Health metrics monitoring, exceptions management and data concerns management.

Moreover, this role will be managing the oversight of data governance and data domain execution from a technology perspective, in partnership with the Risk Data Domains and Enterprise Data Office, ensuring consistency across all ERT Use Cases, and that risks and issues are identified, managed and tracked early.  This role will also analyze, review and manage the interdependencies and interconnectivities of the data plan across all the Use Cases beyond the core 19 ERT Use Cases.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide robust program management, oversight, and reporting for all 19 Consent Order Data Use Cases within the Enterprise Risk Technology (ERT) portfolio.

+ Support the smooth implementation of Data Quality (eDQP) rules to ensure the integrity of our data assets and sustainability of the Data Program

+ Oversee critical data quality processes, including scorecard generation (ROCK), change management, health metrics monitoring, and exceptions management.

+ Proactively analyze, review, and manage the interdependencies and interconnectivities of the data plan across all core ERT Use Cases.

+ Identify, manage, and track risks and issues early in the lifecycle to prevent delays and ensure consistency across all ERT Use Cases.

+ Foster strong partnerships with business stakeholders, the Enterprise Data Office (EDO), and technology teams to ensure alignment and consistent execution.

+ Provide critical product and project oversight to prevent gaps or delays in deliverables, ensuring the Data Plan execution remains on track and secure.

+ Promote an AI First Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC), ensuring automated and AI solutions are integrated in end to end program management processes

+ Prioritizes and implements best practices for continuously improving product development efficiency and quality

+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

* Qualifications:

*
* + 10+ years of relevant experience in a product line management, e-commerce, and/or strategic planning role.

+ Proven experience in technical product management, program management, or a similar role, ideally within the financial services industry.

+ Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and risk management concepts.

+ Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, complex programs with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with regulatory programs and Consent Order deliverables is highly desirable.

+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

+ Communicates effectively with diverse range of stakeholders across business, data domains, and technology

+ Has thrived and succeeded in delivering high quality technology products / services in a high growth environment where priorities shift rapidly.

+ Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
