We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tableau Developer to join our growing data analytics team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data visualization, possess strong analytical skills, and have a proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.

Job Duties:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive and insightful Tableau dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.
• Connect to various data sources (e.g., SQL databases, data warehouses, cloud data platforms, flat files) and perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) as needed.
• Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Collaborate with business users, data analysts, and other developers to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver effective data visualization solutions.
• Develop and implement data governance and quality standards for Tableau assets.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on Tableau usage and best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of data and dashboards to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Tableau features, industry trends, and data visualization best practices.
• Document technical specifications, design documents, and user guides for Tableau solutions.
