The Maintenance Associate Employee maintains the general appearance and overall cleanliness of our work areas, warehouse, administrative areas, outside areas, and production equipment
Duties and Responsibilities- Removes all refuse from offices, restrooms, break-rooms and the building daily ensuring trash cans are empty and clean.
- Collects recycling and waste around the warehouse to dispense in waste containers. Use of Garbage and Corrugated compactors is required.
- Ensures that all aspects of restrooms are cleaned thoroughly and are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Sweeps, mops, and wet wash floors regularly.
- Vacuums, spot cleans, or shampoos carpets when assigned.
- Washes sinks and other plumbing fixtures and replaces disposables such as paper towels and soap.
- Cleans windows, and door frames.
- Cleans office items and venetian blinds / drapes as needed.
- Uses floor machines, automatic scrubbers, wall washing equipment, waste collecting equipment when necessary.
- Follows cleaning and disinfecting procedures to ensure health and safety of facility personnel.
- Assists other personnel as may be required for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities; (e.g. janitorial, loading and/or unloading containers and relocation of goods).
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six (6) months of custodial experience is preferred
- Work regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs; occasionally, with team support, lift and/or move objects greater than 30 lbs.
- Significant carrying, pushing, pulling, and bending
- Work overtime as assigned

The expected hourly rate for this position is $17.49 - $18.92
