Quality Manager

• Establish and maintain an ISO 9001–compliant Quality Management System, including leading audits and ensuring ongoing certification.
• Drive Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to reduce defects, improve first-pass yield, and lower operating costs.
• Lead and develop cross-functional quality teams to improve supplier, in-process, and manufacturing quality performance.
• Champion advanced quality tools (DFMEA, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, CPK) to support new product introduction and ongoing process improvement.
• Own root cause analysis and corrective action processes to resolve customer and internal quality issues and prevent recurrence.

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
• Formal Training or Certification in Lean, Root Cause Analysis or Six Sigma preferred
• 10+ yrs of relevant experience in an industrial manufacturing environment; preferably high-volume manufacturing or rotating equipment with increasing levels of responsibility and leading a team
• Proficiency in gaining or maintaining ISO
  9001 certification through the creation of or maintenance of an organization s QMS
• Managing a team of other engineers or quality control specialists
