Sareh Nouri is seeking a full-time Quality Control Associate to join our growing team in Rutherford, New Jersey. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented and passionate about luxury fashion, with a strong understanding of garment construction and fit.

• Inspect bridal and evening gowns to make sure the highest quality standards
• Review measurements, fit, and overall construction accuracy
• Work closely with production and design teams to maintain consistency
• Assist with steaming, handling, and preparing gowns to ship
• Support quality control processes across all stages of production

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented with a sharp eye for quality
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and measurements
• Experience in luxury bridal or evening wear is a plus
• Comfortable lifting and handling wedding gowns and inspecting on mannequins
• Must work well in a team setting, and being comfortable providing feedback to dressmakers
