Sales Manager

Key Objective

This position will be responsible for driving corporate & social event sales for The Game Room by Hasbro at American Dream in East Rutherford, NJ. These groups include corporate team building, company/sports team outings, birthday parties, Holiday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties Bar/Bat Mitzvahs.

• Achieve and exceed revenue budgets by establishingqualified leads,initiate,and closingsales
• Createsales materials specific to each audiencein conjunction with the business ownersand creative team
• Answer allinboundgroup salesinquiriesvia AI leadgensystem and/or Email/phone
• Create an outbound cadenceoutreachusing AI software and leads form other businesses across American Drea
• Ensure offering is listed on all relevant3rdparty eventwebsiteswith support of AD web team
• Providecustomerservice toclientsthroughout the purchaseprocessin conjunction with business owners
• Communicate menu needs to kitchen and management staff
• Maintain positive client relationships year-roundto cultivaterepeatbookings andgainreferrals.
• Maintain detailed records onpending and confirmed orders andsales.
• Create a process to communicate all needs to Hasbro kitchen and management staff
• Establish pricing models that cater to varying client needs
• Establish pricing models that include/excludesuse of entire game room space along with party spaces
• Ensureclear communicationofpayment deadlines
• Responsibleforcreatingany financialtrackingstatementsforexempt clienttax purposes
• Coordinate withmarketingteamasneeded.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Direct sales experience
• Knowledge of arcade party/catering business a plus
• Establishedcontacts in theNY/NJ markets
• Positive and outgoing attitude,withdrivetosucceed
• Strong communication, relationship building, and networkingskills
• Resourceful,flexible, and creative
• Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit
