VP, Software Engineering: Cloud-Native AI & Data at Scale

** Vice President (VP) of Software Engineering
** who combines
** technical leadership
** with
** hands-on technical expertise**. This role is ideal for a senior software engineer passionate about
** building software at scale
** using
** cloud-native architecture**,
** data engineering best practices**, and
** modern UI development with React**, while driving
** Generative AI adoption
** for business use cases within a
** SAFe Agile operating model**.
* Lead
** proof-of-concepts**, design and development of critical components, and
** code reviews**.
* Implement foundational components across
** Java
* * and
** React
* * for enterprise-grade applications.
* Champion
** AI-based code generation tools
** to automate repetitive engineering tasks.
* Collaborate with
** Dev Ops teams
** to optimize
** CI/CD pipelines**,
** containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)**, and observability.

Actively contributes to
** product requirements analysis
** and
** solution architecture**.
* Strong expertise in
** microservices**,
** RESTful APIs**, and
** event-driven architectures**.
* Deep experience in
** data engineering**, including pipelines (ETL/ELT), data storage (warehouses, lakes), batch/stream processing, data modeling, governance, and big data technologies.
* Familiarity with
** Generative AI technologies** (LLMs, prompt engineering, AI integration patterns, Agentic AI).
* Strong understanding of
** SAFe Agile framework
** and enterprise-scale agile delivery.
* Knowledge of
** Dev Ops**,
** CI/CD**,
** container orchestration**, and observability tools.
* Experience in
** large-scale financial services enterprise environments**.
* Excellent
** communication**,
** stakeholder management**, and
** executive reporting skills**.
** 6+ years
** in software engineering, with
** hands-on experience
** Proven experience in
** cloud-native architecture
** and
** public cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, GCP).Hands-on experience with
** React**,
** Type Script**, and modern front-end frameworks.
* Experience with
** Financial Risk and Data**.
* Certifications in
** Cloud Architecture** (AWS/Azure/GCP) and
** SAFe Agile**.
* Certification in
** AI/ML technologies
** such as Google ADK
