Angular Technical Lead / Senior Front-End Developer Location
- Rutherford, NJ (3 days hybrid on-site)

- Contract to Hire Experience Required - 8–13 Years Job Overview Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade front-end applications using Angular 18+ (Angular 20 preferred).
- Lead front-end architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Build scalable and reusable UI components following modern front-end development practices.
- Implement and support Micro-Frontend Architecture for large-scale applications.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, UX teams, and backend developers.
- Drive code quality through reviews, best practices, and development standards.
- Ensure application performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and security.
- Develop and execute End-to-End (E2E) testing strategies using Cypress.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical leadership across projects.
Front-End Technologies
- Angular 18+ (Angular 20 experience strongly preferred)
- Type Script
- HTML5
- CSS3 / SCSS
- Micro-Frontend Architecture
- Component-based application design
- State management frameworks
- REST API integration
Testing
- Cypress End-to-End Testing
- Unit Testing and Integration Testing
- Technical Leadership experience
- Solution Design and Architecture discussions

- Experience with React.js
- Experience working within large enterprise environments
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
- Exposure to cloud-based application deployments
- 8–13 years of software development experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience leading front-end development teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Banking sector experience
- Experience working on Next Gen UI modernization initiatives
- Experience with large-scale digital transformation programs
