Pay Range: $82.00/hr.

- $92.00/hr.

We are seeking a Java Senior Full-Stack Engineer (C14) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring ecosystem, REST APIs, front-end web technologies, CI/CD, and distributed systems and a proven ability to design, build, and optimize large-scale, high-performance enterprise applications while leading and mentoring developers.

• Lead design and development of complex Java-based, full-stack applications.
• Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with Technology teams.
• Drive architecture decisions and technical direction for scalable, resilient solutions.
• Perform code reviews, enforce standards, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Collaborate with product owners, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to refine requirements and deliver features.
• Build developer tooling and improve CI/CD pipelines to increase delivery quality and speed.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including offshore teams and manage risks and technical challenges.

• 8-10+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer building robust, scalable applications using Object-Oriented Design.
• Core Java expertise including multithreading and concurrent programming.
• Web technologies: HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs; exposure to modern front-end frameworks.
• Databases:
  Oracle or other RDBMS, plus No
  
  SQL such as MongoDB; strong SQL skills.
• Linux proficiency including shell scripting and operational fundamentals.
• SDLC/Dev Ops:
  Git Hub, Jenkins, Sonar Qube, JIRA, secure coding toolkits, CI/CD practices.
• Agile development with emphasis on test-driven development and quality practices.
• Leadership capability to coach developers and operate with minimal supervision.

• Experience with React JS or Angular for enterprise UI development.
• Background in financial services or banking and experience with automated testing.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture, JMS, and distributed systems performance tuning.
• Familiarity with AI development tools such as Git Hub Copilot and agentic AI concepts.
