Four Ways Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Solutions Developer to join its AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE) and lead the development of next-generation AI solutions. This role focuses on Agentic AI, Large Language Model (LLM) applications, enterprise AI integrations, and intelligent automation platforms that drive business transformation within the retail sector.

As a Senior AI Solutions Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying enterprise-grade AI applications leveraging LLMs, Agentic AI architectures, and advanced orchestration frameworks. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and engineering groups to rapidly prototype, validate, and deploy AI-driven solutions that solve real business challenges. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Python development, enterprise integrations, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), APIs, observability, and AI governance.

You will play a critical role in defining AI best practices, ensuring production readiness, and scaling intelligent systems across business functions. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape AI innovation within a forward-thinking enterprise environment.

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI architectures.
• Build intelligent workflows incorporating reasoning, retrieval, memory, tools, and actions.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise knowledge systems.
• Create rapid AI prototypes and transform them into scalable production-ready solutions.
• Develop enterprise integrations using APIs, Python, SQL, and backend services.
• Design and implement multi-agent orchestration workflows using Lang Graph, MCP, FastMCP, and related frameworks.
• Ensure AI platform observability through monitoring, telemetry, tracing, and performance analytics.
• Implement AI governance, security controls, compliance requirements, and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and solution opportunities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture designs, and operational runbooks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across AI engineering, deployment, and monitoring processes.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovations that improve business outcomes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of software engineering, AI engineering, or enterprise application development experience.
• Strong expertise in Python development and enterprise-grade AI application design.
• Experience building Agentic AI workflows and intelligent autonomous systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI-powered applications.
• Deep understanding of API development, enterprise integrations, and distributed systems.
• Strong SQL and data management expertise.
• Experience with Lang Graph, Model Context Protocol (MCP), FastMCP, or similar orchestration technologies.
• Experience integrating AI models with business applications, tools, and data platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, security, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and business engagement skills.
