Tow Truck Driver - Rutherford, NJ

• Operate service tow truck/flat bed in a safe and legal manner in compliance with safety regulations
• Transport Lucid vehicles between various local Lucid locations and customer homes. Occasional travel outside immediate geography may be necessary
• Operate motor vehicles on and off Lucid premises safely for transport, pickup and delivery in support of service activities
• Complete daily inspection of the truck for safety and adheres to standard operating procedures
• Ensure trucks are kept clean and periodic maintenance is completed
• Assist service department members as needed (i.e. wash vehicles, tire changes, move and stage vehicles etc.)
• Perform other administrative and service support functions as needed
• Ability and flexibility to travel on an as‑needed basis per business needs
• Ability to work the dayshift schedule:
  Monday—Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional weekend overtime
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum 2 years current tow truck driving experience (flatbed experience preferred)
• Ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office as well as proprietary DMS software
• Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post‑hire
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must have maintained a driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid training upon hire

Where permitted by law, successful completion of a drug test and background check including, but not limited to, motor vehicle records is a condition of employment for Lucid service centers.

Base Pay Range (hourly): $27—$38 USD

The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
