As a member of the overnight team, your role at a glance is to clean and prepare the kitchen to enable the delivery of excellent customer service during opening hours. You will maintain a clean, efficient kitchen environment to ensure the team can operate smoothly and support day‑time staff as needed.

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts between midnight and 5:59 am.
• Physical ability to handle kitchen tasks.

• A free meal and a drink when working

• £1 extra per hour, for hours worked between midnight and 5:59 am
