Our Newest OpportunityThe Administrative Assistant will assist with general administrative duties and day to day office operations. There will be a range of key responsibilities so this is a great role for those who are flexible, have a “can-do” attitude, and who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Greet and direct in office visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Coordinate use of conference rooms; assist in set‑up and clean‑up of conference rooms for management and/or client meetings including coordination, selection and ordering of food
- Assist with set up of seminars (on and off site) and day of tasks as needed
- Provide administrative support to the Manager and others as requested to include:
- Requesting information from clients
- Creating and updating client information
- Updating agency management system with policies, renewal dates, premium, activities, and documents
- Request and follow‑up on signatures from clients when necessary
- Print and bind client presentations as needed
- Pull reports, policies, or information from carrier websites as needed
- Process and download duties in the agency management system
- Provide office management duties to include but not limited to:
- Assist in reviewing service contracts on equipment from vendors
- Assist in maintaining all office equipment including copiers, shredders, postage machine, etc. Ensure all equipment is kept in working order and coordinate with vendors if issues occur
- Assist staff in training of equipment when needed
- Assist in researching, negotiating and purchasing office furniture and supplies
- Get and distribute mail daily. Send checks to corporate office
- Order and maintain office supplies (paper, toner, kitchen supplies)
- Process incoming payments on carrier sites and in the agency management system
- Assist the accounting department with payment processing
- Other projects as assigned by management

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $22 to $24 per hour. Base pay is dependent upon skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or an annual bonus based on individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
