Utility Position – Traffic Control‑Construction

Rutland, VT, 05701

Pike Industries, Inc., a subsidiary of CRH, is a leading highway contractor and the largest producer of hot mix asphalt and construction aggregates in New England.

What you can expect:

  • $23 to $25/hr based on experience, plus a $10.00/hour shift premium.
  • Travel pay and per diem.
  • Annual increase potential.
  • Paid Time Off.

What you will do:

  • Perform manual labor such as raking and looting.
  • Direct and guide traffic through construction sites when necessary.
  • Work closely with the Traffic Coordinator.
  • Set up and relocate construction sign packages, cone placement, and general maintenance of arrow and message boards.
  • 80% of health care paid by the company.
