Floating Customer Service Representative – full-time, 40 hours per week. Responsibilities include providing professional and confidential customer service by operating a customer service window with courtesy, promptness, efficiency, and accurately processing a wide variety of simple-to-complex customer banking transactions, including opening new accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for those considering banking as a career. Experience with cash is helpful and on‑job training is provided.

The role requires traveling between our Rutland, Brandon, and Pittsford branches as needed, providing support where it’s most needed.

• Process a variety of basic customer transactions with limited differences or errors.
• Efficiently carry out opening and closing procedures.
• Navigate frontline software applications.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of bank products.
• Recognize opportunities to cross‑sell and make partner referrals.
• Consistently meet established standards for providing consistent, high‑level service as outlined in the Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Brand Best Practices guide.

An interest and experience in customer service and a working knowledge of Windows are essential for this position.

The compensation for this position is based on a variety of factors including experience, skills, and geographic location. We offer a competitive pay range and opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization. Pay Range: $15.00–$20.00 per hour.
