Rutland Regional Medical Center is seeking a part-time Safety Monitor to provide continuous video monitoring of assigned patients. You will observe patient behavior, verbally redirect, and de-escalate as needed, while alerting nursing staff to urgent safety situations.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, customer service experience in a public-facing setting, and completion of de-escalation and restraint certification programs (which may be completed after hire).
