• Provide occupational therapy assistant services under licensed OT supervision.
• Develop and document individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Implement therapeutic activities and exercises tailored to patient needs.
• Document treatment sessions accurately in electronic medical records.
• Adhere to regulatory and facility policies, including privacy and safety standards.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to meet targets.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care delivery.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and activity modification.
• Participate in performance metrics and contribute to pipeline-based target achievement.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and pursue certifications aligned with growth.
• Assess home and workplace environments to optimize functional goals.
• Maintain equipment and manage supply inventory for therapy programs.

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing.
• Supervised OT collaboration for treatment planning and progress reviews.
• Develop and document individual treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Implement therapy activities and exercises tailored to patient needs.
• Accurate documentation of treatment sessions in electronic medical records.
• Comply with regulatory, facility, privacy, and safety standards.
• Monitor patient progress; adjust interventions to meet targets.
