- Provide occupational therapy assistant services under licensed OT supervision.
- Develop and document individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Implement therapeutic activities and exercises tailored to patient needs.
- Document treatment sessions accurately in electronic medical records.
- Adhere to regulatory and facility policies, including privacy and safety standards.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to meet targets.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care delivery.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and activity modification.
- Participate in performance metrics and contribute to pipeline-based target achievement.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and pursue certifications aligned with growth.
- Assess home and workplace environments to optimize functional goals.
- Maintain equipment and manage supply inventory for therapy programs.
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing.
- Supervised OT collaboration for treatment planning and progress reviews.
