The IT Support Specialist II provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support across the organization, ensuring reliable operation of end-user systems, infrastructure, and core applications in both on-prem and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver end-user support via phone, in-person, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot devices, servers, networks, and applications
- Manage user access, system provisioning, and daily IT operations
- Maintain documentation, backups, and operational controls
- Support branch locations onsite and assist with escalated issues
- Monitor systems and ensure compliance with security and IT standards
- ~5+ years of IT support experience (financial services a plus)
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD/Entra , Group Policy
- Solid understanding of Windows environments, networking basics, and infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills
- Collaborative, service-oriented mindset (“people helping people”)
- Adaptable and solutions-driven in a dynamic IT environment
