IT Project Manager, Change Management
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage infrastructure-focused projects to support business integrations and operational improvements
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and stakeholder communications
- Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and drive timely resolution of issues
- Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Oversee vendor activities, project documentation, and implementation milestones
- Monitor project scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to leadership and key stakeholders
- Support process improvements and help establish consistent project management practices across initiatives
- Experience managing infrastructure, technology, operations, or business integration projects
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with vendors, third-party partners, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to create and maintain project plans, status reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify issues, drive solutions, and resolve when appropriate
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently in dynamic or evolving environments
- Comfortable operating in field‑based, distributed, or non‑traditional business settings
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering results
Pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
