Supply Chain Coordinator

Rutland Regional Medical Center seeks a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support efficient, cost-effective delivery of supplies across our hospital. In this role, you will manage inventory levels, coordinate purchasing and replenishment, track orders, and work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure essential medical and non-medical supplies are available when needed. Responsibilities include vendor coordination, data entry, analyzing usage trends, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining compliance with hospital and regulatory standards within our collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels for medical and non-medical supplies to prevent stockouts or overstocking
• Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and reconcile shipments with packing slips and invoices
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve order issues, backorders, and discrepancies
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to forecast supply needs
• Maintain accurate data within inventory and materials management systems
• Monitor usage trends and support cost-saving and standardization initiatives
• Ensure supply chain practices follow hospital policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist with periodic cycle counts and annual physical inventories
