Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
Overtime and occasional weekend work as needed
Pay Range: $21.20–$24.53 per hour (Plus our profit sharing and stock ownership equate to an extra $5 an hour)

This position is based primarily in our Plywood Assembly operation and supports other Vermont facilities as needed. You'll work on a variety of equipment and systems, helping minimize downtime, improve productivity, and support a culture of safety and continuous improvement. This role focuses on maintaining and improving the performance of manufacturing equipment while minimizing downtime and supporting production goals.
What You’ll Do- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete emergency repairs
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Replace components, test equipment, and make adjustments for safe operation
- Assist with installation and startup of new equipment
- Read work orders and document maintenance activities
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies
- Support workplace safety initiatives and environmental compliance
- Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and efficient

- Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with PLC operation and programming
