• Contract Duration: 14 weeks (April 9, 2026 – July 17, 2026)

• Active LPN license in Vermont (Licensed Practical Nurse)
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar geriatric care setting
• Ability to commit to every weekend shifts (evening shift)
• Reliable transportation (local candidates only)
• All requested time off (RTO) must be documented in contract for approval

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility (resident care, geriatric nursing)
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed (medication administration, clinical skills)
• Monitor and document residents' health status and progress in the medical record (documentation, EMR familiarity)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality, person-centered care (team-based care)
• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote overall well-being
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to facility policies, infection control, and safety standards

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical documentation
• Familiarity with wound care, ADL assistance, and geriatric assessments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a long-term care setting
