CNA – LTC​/SNF

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Opportunity

Provide direct patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Support residents while ensuring safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and overall condition.
• Report any changes in patient health to the nursing staff promptly.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols consistently.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Bring a state or federal-issued photo  the facility.
• Complete or present proof of COVID-19 vaccination or exemption documentation.
• Possess reliable transportation due to limited public transit options.
• Ability to work every other weekend and adhere to schedule commitments.
