LVN ​/ LPN – LTC​/SNF

Weekend Nursing Care Position

This position involves providing nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities on a weekend schedule. The role requires adherence to facility policies and maintaining patient safety and comfort.

• Assess residents’ health status and monitor vital signs regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with facility protocols.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, residents, and families.
• Ensure infection control and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Maintain professional appearance by wearing identification badges and following facility guidelines.

• Hold a valid LVN or LPN license in the state.
• Have reliable personal transportation; public transit options are limited.
• Demonstrate experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Be able to work every weekend with necessary prior approval for time off.
• Complete required COVID-19 vaccination or hold approved exemption documentation.
• Bring a valid state or federal  shift and wear a photo badge at all times.
