CNA – LTC​/SNF

Nursing Assistant Position

Provide compassionate and efficient nursing assistant support in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being through daily assistance and adherence to facility protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control procedures.
• Support nursing staff with basic patient care tasks and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Comply with all facility policies, including identification badge and COVID-19 vaccination requirements.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid CNA certification in the state or jurisdiction.
• Have reliable personal transportation to and from the facility.
• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain current COVID-19 vaccination status or approved exemption.
• Capable of lifting and positioning patients as needed.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
